2015 WORDS ON WINGS Award
I am overwhelmed by this Top Honor Award bestowed by LITERARY CLASSICS. Judging is based upon the criteria set forth by LITERARY CLASSICS' highly selective committee which looks to honor books that promote character, vision, creativity, and learning through content which possesses the key elements found in well-crafted literature (e.g. plot, climax, etc.) in fiction books. LITERARY CLASSICS' judging committee consists of experts with backgrounds in publishing, writing, editing, design, illustration, and book reviewing.
Only one WOW Young Adult Book Award recipient is selected annually. Each award winner receives an award medal, and a signed award certificate with embossed seal. Top Honors award winners are invited to the annual AWP Conference to participate in book signings at one of the nation's largest bookfairs. This year's conference will be held at the Convention Center in Los Angeles on April 2, 2016.
